This project concerns technology investments consisting of the purchase of machinery and equipment for the initiation of production of light goods with improved features and performance. The new concrete mix is the result of CEMBET’s work on behalf of the Applicant. Work on the new product has been carried out between 04.07.2018 and 31.10.2018. A new mixture, due to its characteristics, will be used in the first place in a passive and energy-efficient construction. Another unique feature of this is that waste from concrete cell pellets will be used in its production, and this project therefore contributes to the management of the construction waste which has so far been landfilled. The new product, as well as the way in which it is manufactured, is characterised by international innovation, and this is confirmed by an opinion on innovation prepared by Dr ENG. Tomasz Piotrowski, a scientific civil engineering division of the Warsaw University of Technology. In order to allow the new product to be placed on the market, it is necessary to acquire the following machinery and equipment: — A mobile mixing device, and a process for the recycling of the spoil of the concrete and liquid bulk of the bulk — 45 m³ — 3 m³ of bulk system for the loading of the aggregates will be combined into a single technological line used in the manufacture of a new mixture. Niniejszy projekt dotyczy inwestycji technologicznej polegającej na zakupie maszyn i urządzeń służących do rozpoczęcia produkcji lekkiego betonu towarowego o udoskonalonych cechach i parametrach użytkowych. Nowa mieszanka betonowa jest wynikiem przeprowadzenia na zlecenie Wnioskodawcy prac B+R przez przedsiębiorstwo CEMBET. Prace nad nowym produktem prowadzone były w okresie od 04.07.2018 do 31.10.2018 r. Opracowana mieszanka betonowa charakteryzuje się zwiększoną mrozoodpornością, lepszą odpornością na korozję chemiczną, niską gęstością objętościową co skutkuje obniżeniem wagi gotowego produktu,a także właściwościami termoizolacyjnymi, oraz wysoką wytrzymałością na obciążenia dynamiczne, niską nasiąkliwością i wodoszczelnością, w porównaniu do produktów obecnie występujących na rynku. Nowa mieszanka z uwagi na swoje właściwości znajdzie zastosowanie przede wszystkim w budownictwie pasywnym i energooszczędnym. Kolejną jej unikatową cechą jest fakt, że do jej produkcji zostanie wykorzystany odpad w postaci gruzu z betonu komórkowego, w związku z powyższym realizacja niniejszego projektu przyczynia się do zagospodarowania odpadów budowlanych, które dotychczas były składowane na wysypiskach. Nowy produkt, a także sposób jego produkcji cechuje nowość w skali międzynarodowej, potwierdza to opinia o innowacyjności przygotowana przez dr inż. Tomasza Piotrowskiego pracownika naukowego Wydziału Inżynierii Lądowej Politechniki Warszawskiej. Żeby możliwe było wdrożenie na rynek nowego produktu konieczne jest nabycie następujących maszyn i urządzeń: -Mobilna linia mieszająco-dozująca -Dozator kruszyw odnawialnych oraz pozyskanych w procesie recyklingu gruzu betonu komórkowego -System dozowania materiałów sypkich i płynnych -Silosy o pojemności 45 m3 - 3 sztuki -System załadunku kruszyw Urządzenie te zostaną połączone w jeden ciąg technologiczny wykorzystywany do produkcji nowej mieszanki.
