The objective is to increase employment of particularly vulnerable situations on the labour market (including 50-year-olds, women, people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed and the low-skilled) and improve job opportunities for os.outgoing from agriculture in the district of Chełm and M. Chełm in the year 01.01.2018 to 31.12.2018. The participants will be provided with a job placement, training and work station. A Individual Action Plan tailored to the aid profile will be prepared for all participants in order to tailor support to the needs of all participants. Moreover, job placements or career guidance will be mandatory for all participants in the project, which will increase the efficiency of the planned activities. As a result, the result of the pro.will be to work by the os.unemployed at a level of at least 42 % for all target groups. In the context of the project, the support will be covered by 398os (216K/182M) at the age of 30 and more registered in the PLO for which the aid profile I or II has been established (including farmers and members of their families, i.e. the spouse or the spouse, the operator of an individual agricultural holding of up to a size of 2 ha of agricultural conversion) belonging to one or more of the following groups: older people after 50, women, disabled people, long-term unemployed, low skilled. Celem proj. jest zwiększenie zatrudnienia os.znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy (w tym os.starszych po 50r.ż, kobiet, os.niepełnosprawnych, os.długotrwale bezrobotnych oraz o niskich kwalifikacjach) oraz poprawa szans na zatrudnienie os.odchodzących z rolnictwa w powiecie chełmskim i M.Chełm w okr. od 01.01.2018r. do 31.12.2018r. Uczestnicy proj.kierowani będą na staż, szkolenia i do pracy na wyposażone lub doposażone stanowisko pracy. W celu dostosowania wsparcia do potrzeb wszystkim uczestnikom przygotowany zostanie Indywidualny Plan Działania dostosowany do profilu pomocy. Ponadto obligatoryjnie dla wszystkich uczestników projektu realizowane będzie pośrednictwo pracy lub poradnictwo zawodowe, co wpłynie na zwiększenie skuteczności zaplanowanych w projekcie działań. Gł.rezultatem proj.będzie podjęcie pracy przez os.bezrobotne na poziomie co najmniej 42% dla wszystkich grup docelowych. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostanie objętych 398os.(216K/182M) w wieku 30 lat i więcej zarejestrowanych w PUP, dla których ustalono I lub II profil pomocy (w tym rolnicy i członkowie ich rodzin tj. współmałżonek lub domownik, prowadzący indywidualne gospodarstwo rolne do wielkości 2ha przeliczeniowych zamierzający odejść z rolnictwa) należące do co najmniej jednej z wymienionych grup: osoby starsze po 50r.ż., kobiety, os.niepełnosprawne, os.długotrwale bezrobotne, os.o niskich kwalifikacjach.
