The main objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the company by implementing the R & D and the new products. The main objective will be achieved through the following specific objectives: 1.Implementation of the R & D work on the heat treatment of wood which would allow similar parameters to be achieved as in the case of wood. 2.Implementation of new products on the market: — wood thermally treated with exotic wood properties — wood treatment service, from roundwood imports from the forest (logs) to produce ready-made components used in building joinery, for example: windows, doors, circuit wood, electronic timber, balustrades, stairs, fencing components, parakeets. Artistic construction products such as art fence, balustrady, altgate, garden decoration/garden production and purified wood chips. These services and products are highly innovative in the world. 3.Implementation of improved products to the market: sawmill services, fully automated and organic (optimal use of raw material). 4.Use of innovative solutions for example an own device for the design, the thermal transformation of the wood, the ICT based ERP system 5.Export development (new markets are Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Ukraine) 6.Employment growth (1os. high-strength, 2.A-machine operator). 7.Eco-innovation implementation: optimal use of energy and raw materials. in order to achieve the objectives set out in the project timetable: fully automatic procurement line and specialised equipment that will enable production to take place: the planer, optimising grinder, grinding machine, the press for longitudinal and previous glue, the line for the production of the pellet and the CNC machining centre. This project will enable the firm to become a unique undertaking combining the services of a sawmill operation with construction work and will be managed by an innovative ERP system. (English) | |||

Głównym celem projektu jest wzrost konkurencyjności firmy poprzez wdrożenie prac B+R oraz nowych produktów. Osiągnięcie celu głównego nastąpi poprzez wyznaczone cele szczegółowe: 1.Wdrożenie prac B+R dotyczących obróbki termicznej drewna, pozwalających na osiągnięcie podobnych parametrów jak w przypadku drewna egotycznego. 2.Wdrożenie nowych produktów na rynek: -drewno obrabiane termicznie o właściwościach drewna egzotycznego -usługa obróbki drewna, począwszy od drewna okrągłego przywożonego z lasu (dłużyca) służącego do wytwarzania gotowych elementów wykorzystywanych w stolarstwie budowlanym np.: okna, drzwi, drewno tarasowe, elewacyjne, balustrady, schody, elementy ogrodzeniowe, parapety. -wyroby budownictwa artystycznego np. artystyczne ogrodzenia, balustrady, altany ogrodowe, dekoracje ogrodowe -produkcja pelletu i zrębki oczyszczonej. Powyższe usługi i produkty odznaczają się innowacyjnością w skali świata. 3.Wdrożenie ulepszonych produktów na rynek: usługi tartaczne, w pełni zautomatyzowane oraz ekologiczne (optymalne wykorzystanie surowca). 4.Zastosowanie innowacyjnych rozwiązań np. urządzenie własnej konstrukcji, do termicznej modyfikacji drewna, system ERP oparty na TIK 5.Rozwój eksportu (nowe rynki to Słowacja, Czechy, Ukraina) 6.Wzrost zatrudnienia (1os. wysokowykwalifikowana, 2.os.-operator maszyn). 7.Wdrożenie ekoinnowacji: optymalne wykorzystanie energii i surowca.Aby osiągać wyznaczone cele należy zrealizować zadania ujęte w harmonogramie projektu: w pełni automatyczna linia przetarcia oraz specjalistyczne urządzenia, które umożliwią produkcję: strugarka, optymalizerka, szlifierka, prasa do klejenia wzdłużnego i poprzedniego, linia do produkcji peletu oraz centrum obróbcze CNC. Powyższy projekt pozwoli firmie stać się unikalnym przedsiębiorstwem łączącym usługi tartaczne z usługami stolarstwa budowlanego.Całe przedsiębiorstwo będzie zarządzane przez innowacyjny system ERP.
