Głównym celem projektu jest wdrożenie wyników prac badawczo rozwojowych w zakresie opracowanej technologii wzbogacania owocników pieczarek w naturalną witaminę grupy D i wykorzystywanie ich do produkcji prozdrowotnych wyrobów piekarniczych i garmażeryjnych. Realizacja projektu w zakresie przedmiotowym przewiduje zakup środków trwałych stanowiących niezbędną infrastrukturę produkcyjną. Efektem realizacji projektu będzie uruchomienie produkcji nowej linii produktów prozdrowotnych, wdrożenie innowacji procesowej i produktowej oraz rozszerzenie oferty asortymentowej Wnioskodawcy. Nowa oferta Wnioskodawcy będzie kierowana do podmiotów indywidualnych za pośrednictwem detalicznych placówek handlowych oraz hurtowni spożywczych. Realizacja projektu doprowadzi do wzmocnienia konkurencyjności Wnioskodawcy na rynku regionalnym i krajowym oraz pozwoli na sprzedaż produktów za granicę. Projekt zakłada także nawiązanie współpracy z jednostką naukową na etapie jego realizacji celem wyeliminowania ew. błędów wdrożeniowych i zapewnienia wysokiej jakości produkcji. (Polish)
