With this project, we are planning a project to increase the educational and employability of pupils. It contributes to the development of basic vocational qualifications and the development of technical, human and social skills in relation to occupational orientation. The students learn about the world of work through practice-oriented student activities. The main content of the project is: 5 days of practical testing in companies, two company surveys in regional companies, visit to a training fair in the region, practicing application situations, creating a presentation booklet on the profession, job profile and career alternatives. In addition, individual interviews (recording IST status, conclusion and evaluation of a target agreement, preparation, monitoring and evaluation of practical testing, evaluation of self- and external assessments) as well as the results presentation will take place. Mit diesem Projekt planen wir ein Vorhaben zur Erhöhung der Ausbildungs- und Beschäftigungsfähigkeit der Schülerinnen und Schüler. Es trägt zur Entwicklung beruflicher Basisqualifikationen sowie der Entwicklung der Sach-, Personal- und Sozialkompetenz in Bezug auf die Berufsorientierung bei. Die Schülerinnen und Schüler lernen die Arbeitswelt durch praxisorientierte Schüleraktivitäten kennen. Die wichtigsten Inhalte des Projektes sind: 5 Tage praktische Erprobung in Unternehmen, zwei Betriebserkundungen in regionale Unternehmen, Besuch einer Ausbildungsmesse der Region, Üben von Bewerbungssituationen, Erstellen eines Präsentationshefters zu Berufsfeld, Berufsbild und beruflichen Alternativen. Ergänzend dazu finden individuelle Einzelgespräche (Erfassen IST-Stand, Abschluss und Auswertung einer Zielvereinbarung, Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Auswertung der praktischen Erprobung, Auswertung Selbst-und Fremdeinschätzungen) sowie die Ergebnispräsentation statt. Zur geplanten Abschlussveranstaltung erhalten die Teilnehmer des Projektes aussagekräftige Teilnahmezertifikate. (German)
