Das Projekt soll zur Integration und Verbesserung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit von äußerst schwer vermittelbaren Langzeitarbeitslosen dienen. Unsere Zielgruppe sind dabei 25- und unter 58-jährige Personen, die seit mindestens 3 Jahren arbeistlos und zur Gruppe der Langzeitarbeitslosen gehören. In diesem Projekt legen wir einen besonderen Fokus auf die soziale Stabilisierung und Stärkung der Persönlichkeit der Teilnehmer, die Wiedererlangung der Tagesstrukturierung, einen Abbau arbeitsbezogener Demotivation und die Schaffung der Voraussetzungen für weiterführende Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit. Die Ergebnisse sollten die Teilnehmer motivieren und stabilisieren. Die Stärkung der Eigenmotivation und Eigeninitiative ist darüber hinaus auch ein wichtiges Ziel dieses Projektes. (German)
