Le projet concerne la Réhabilitation Durable de 245 logements sociaux situés dans le quartier Encagnane à Aix en Provence. Cette réhabilitation ambitieuse est engagée dans une démarche de Développement Durable en intégrant : -de la performance énergétique sur le bâti (maîtrise des déperditions et des consommations), -une amélioration sociale du cadre de vie des locataires avec une ambition d’égalité bioclimatique des logements sans augmentation de loyer, -une action sociétale de sensibilisation aux économies d’énergie pour contribuer à la lutte contre la précarité énergétique, -une volonté d’associer à l’activité économique une clause d’insertion par l’économique tout au long de l’opération pour contribuer à l’égalité des chances.
