La CARL souhaite optimiser sa stratégie de réduction du tonnage des ordures ménagères collectées et augmenter le volume de déchets recyclables en proposant à ses administrés une collecte en porte à porte des emballages ménagers et assimilés sur l'ensemble du territoire. Pour ce faire, elle effectuera une distribution de bacs roulants pour la collecte des emballages et papiers recyclables sur le territoire communautaire. Environ 30 000 bacs roulants de contenance variable (120L, 240L, 360L et 770L) seront fournis et distribués. Un important dispositif de communication et d'accompagnement sera mis en place afin d'informer et sensibiliser la population aux enjeux liés à la collecte et au traitement des déchets. (French)
