(French)

In the context of the strong development of the centrality of the Gare Pole and the need to coordinate developments in the north and south of it, the City of Béthune decided to initiate a procedure for the restructuring of the pedestrian bridge. The new bridge will cross the 140-metre wide railway plateau and connect the François Mitterrand square in the north to Rue Jean-Baptiste Lebas in the south. Access to the building will be via ramps and stairs as well as an elevator. (English)
