    Les référents de parcours mettent en œuvre une démarche d’accompagnement renforcé visant l'accès des participants à une formation qualifiante et à l’emploi durable et ce qui implique : * La gestion d'un portefeuille de suivi et la référence des parcours des participants du PLIE en vue de leur accès à l'emploi durable selon les modalités du protocole d'accord du PLIE de Sevran (40 % minimum d'accès à l'emploi ou à la formation qualifiante). * Le repérage des candidats au sein de la Plateforme Emploi Initiative Formation (PEIF) et auprès des structures de quartiers. * L'accueil et l'accompagnement des participants par la réalisation d'entretiens de suivi et de positionnement. * La signature d’un contrat d’engagement et d’objectifs.
