They will be accompanied and supported by Argos advisers. Close collaboration with these service partners gives a reassuring and caring dimension to the participants. At the end of each workshop, a debriefing interview is planned to refocus individual exchanges and measure people’s ability to take action again. In the same way, regular contacts are ensured with the PLIE Path Officer to ensure continuity in the action taken. In a cross-cutting way and as a watermark of the workshops, the integration project approach is constantly pursued and reformulated. (English)

    L’action se décline en une seule action . Celle-ci se déroule en plateforme collective de 8-10 personnes sur 7 semaines en entrées et sorties permanente tout au long de l'année. C’est une démarche d’accompagnement centrée sur une approche collective combinée à une individualisation des situations. Il s’agit de mettre en œuvre une alternance renforcée dans l’accompagnement individuel et collectif : **-7 entretiens individualisés sur mesure** _(Entre chaque rendez-vous, des entretiens téléphoniques ou courriels sont mis en place pour assurer la réactivité des démarches engagées.)_ **-6 regroupements spécifiques thématiques sous formes d’ateliers par ½ journées** **-35h de démarches extérieurs : enquêtes auprès de professionnelles/ mises en situation de travail … sont préconisées** _Le déroulement se décompose de la manière suivante :_ **_Semaine 1 : entretien individuel + atelier « cohésion -comportement professionnel » _** Objectif : travailler autour de la communication verbale - non verbale et connaitre sa manière d’interagir avec les autres (image de soi et autrui). **_Semaine 2 : entretien individuel + atelier « valeurs et représentation au travail »_** Objectif : Dégager ses aspirations professionnelles et sociales pour donner du sens à l'action. **_Semaine 3 : entretien individuel + atelier « identification de ses compétences et de son potentiel »_** Objectif : se réapproprier son parcours, prendre conscience de ses ressources et de son potentiel- valoriser ses atouts et travailler autour de la dissonance cognitive. **_Semaine 4 : entretien individuel/ démarches extérieures_** Objectif : développer sa capacité à agir et redécouvrir ses potentiels en matière d’insertion professionnelle- définir des étapes et un plan d’action ( enquête métier, visite entreprise, mise en situation de travail, recherche PMSMP .....) **_Semaine 5 : entretien individuel + atelier « La Cravate Solidaire »_** Objectif : proposer une tenue vestimentaire en adéquation avec la personne et le type de poste envisagé/ apporter les codes adaptés aux entretiens d’embauche grâce à des bénévoles professionnels choisis en fonction de la branche ou de l’activité future du participant. Travail autour de la notion du stress en situation d’entretien. S ** _emaine 6 : entretien individuel + atelier N°1 « Théâtre-forum : techniques théâtrales du théâtre des opprimés » avec Les Chemins de traverse_** Objectif : accompagner les groupes à travailler autour du décalage entre "actes et valeurs". **_Semaine 7 : atelier N°2 « Théâtre-forum : techniques théâtrales du théâtre des opprimés » + entretien individuel -bilan _** Objectif : bilan de l’action et préconisation en lien avec le chargé de parcours PLIE vers une suite de parcours intégré. Les participants PLIE seront amenés à se déplacer dans les locaux de la Cravate Solidaire et des Chemins de Traverse (La Bertoche) afin d'y effectuer les ateliers. Ils seront accompagnés et soutenus par les conseillers Argos. Une collaboration étroite auprès de ces partenaires prestataires, confère une dimension rassurante et bienveillante auprès des participants. A l'issue de chaque atelier, un entretien de débriefing est planifié pour recentrer les échanges en individuel et mesurer la capacité des personnes à poser de nouveau des actes. De la même manière, des contacts réguliers sont assurés auprès du chargé de parcours PLIE pour garantir une continuité dans l'action engagée. De manière transversale et en filigrane des ateliers, la démarche de projet d'insertion est visée et reformulée de manière constante. (French)
