Faced with a lack of surfaces and obsolescence of the premises, the IUT C will be rebuilt on the station site, which will allow us to anticipate its development by equipping it with scalable, adaptable and modular equipment. The living environment of all users will be improved by the development of quality spaces adapted to each individual’s needs. This relocation will also strengthen the identity of the IUT as a genuine tertiary campus open to the local economic fabric, within a new neighbourhood. Finally, the University of Lille Droit et Santé wishes with this building to offer a real demonstrator of the Rev3 dynamics, by designing efficient and innovative equipment from an energy and environmental point of view, with low operating and operating costs and contributing fully to the low-carbon objectives of the Hauts de France Region. Based on regulatory thermal calculations, the university estimated an annual saving of 317 988 kWh per square metre and 40 tonnes of CO2 compared to standard construction. (English)

    L’IUT C est actuellement localisé dans l’ancienne poste de Roubaix. Confronté à un manque de surfaces et à l’obsolescence des locaux, l’IUT C va être reconstruit sur le site de la gare, ce qui permettra d’anticiper son développement en le dotant d’un équipement évolutif, adaptable et modulaire. Le cadre de vie de l’ensemble des usagers sera amélioré par l’aménagement d’espaces de qualité et adaptés aux besoins de chacun. Cette relocalisation permettra également de conforter l’identité de l’IUT en tant que véritable campus tertiaire ouvert sur le tissu économique local, au sein d’un quartier en renouveau. Enfin, l’Université de Lille Droit et Santé souhaite avec ce bâtiment proposer un véritable démonstrateur de la dynamique Rev3, en concevant un équipement performant et innovant d’un point de vue énergétique et environnemental, ayant des coûts de fonctionnement et d’exploitation faibles et contribuant pleinement aux objectifs bas carbone de la Région Hauts de France. Sur la base des calculs thermiques règlementaires, l’université a estimé une économie annuelle de l’ordre de 317 988 kWh par mètre-carré et de 40 tonnes de CO2, par rapport à une construction standard.
