The objective of this project is to take action on the anticipation of economic change, to strengthen the measures of forecast management of jobs and skills (GPEC) in order to support companies and networks of actors the public authorities, the State and Territorial Government of Guyana, in the development of strategies for anticipation of change, restructuring and follow-up of approaches favourable to the development of jobs and skills. Thus, this project is the reference tool to support decision-makers, the State and Territorial Communities upstream in the development of regional vocational training policies based on a shared diagnosis. An approach reflected in the production of statistical insights based on observation, analysis and foresight on developments in employment, skills, qualifications, training and the employment-training relationship, as well as changes in the needs and expectations of the public, taking into account economic, demographic and social changes Concretely, the actions to be implemented in the framework of this operation will cover: * (English) | |||||||||||||||

Ce projet a pour objectif d'agir sur l'anticipation des mutations économiques, de renforcer les actions de gestion prévisionnelle des emplois et compétences (GPEC) afin de soutenir les entreprises et les réseaux d'acteurs les pouvoirs publics, Etat et Collectivité Territoriale de Guyane, dans la mise au point des stratégies d'anticipation du changement , de restructurations et de suivi des démarches favorables au développement des emplois et des compétences. Ainsi, ce projet constitue l’outil de référence pour appuyer en amont, les décideurs, Etat et Collectivité Territoriale à l’élaboration des politiques régionales de formation professionnelle basées sur un diagnostic partagé. Une démarche traduit par la production d’éléments d’éclairage statistique basée sur l’observation, l’analyse et la prospective sur les évolutions de l’emploi, des compétences, des qualifications, de la formation et de la relation emploi-formation, ainsi que sur les évolutions des besoins et attentes des publics et ce, en prenant en compte les mutations économiques, démographiques et sociales Concrètement, les actions qui seront mises en oeuvre dans le cadre cette opération porteront sur: * (French)
