We propose to develop in the territory of Périgueux: The action “Keys to integrate”, with reference to counting, reading and writing, is an accompanying action combining individualised and collective accompaniment, in response to a need to remobilise the person away from employment. It builds on a necessary strengthening of basic skills, as these core competencies are cross-cutting. Its nature is: * the acquisition of basic knowledge * the increase in knowledge in the use of digital communication tools in particular in the context of his job search and social integration procedures (CIF applications, CPAM applications, monitoring bank accounts, EDF, etc.). * socialisation and self-esteem * preparation for occupational integration. This organisation, aimed at integration, is part of an active and continuous complementarity with the various focal points for the integration of the territory (referents insertion RSA, Pôle Emploi, Local Mission, Cap Emploi, Structures of reception, accommodation and integration,...) and more broadly, with all the operators and actors on the ground. Nous nous proposons de développer sur le territoire de Périgueux: L'action "Des CLÉs pour s'insérer", en référence au compter, lire, écrire, est une action d'accompagnement alliant accompagnement individualisé et collectif, en réponse à une nécessité de remobilisation de la personne éloignée de l'emploi. Elle prend appui sur un nécessaire renforcement des compétences de base, ces compétences de base étant transversales. Elle a pour nature: * l'acquisition des savoirs de base * l'accroissement des connaissances dans l'utilisation des outils de communication notamment numériques dans le cadre de sa recherche d'emploi et ses démarches d'insertion sociale (applications CAF, CPAM, suivi comptes bancaires, EDF, ...). * la socialisation et l'estime de soi * la préparation à l'insertion professionnelle. Cette organisation, à visée d’insertion, s’inscrit dans une complémentarité active et continue avec les différents référents insertion du territoire ( référentes insertion RSA, Pôle Emploi, Mission Locale, Cap Emploi, Structures de l'accueil, de l'hébergement et de l'insertion, ...) et plus largement, avec l’ensemble des opérateurs et acteurs de terrain.
