A resource company implements waste reduction at source, reuse and recycling around three objectives: *Environmental: preserving resources and natural environments, changing behaviour towards active eco-citizenship; * Economics: transforming waste into resources; * Social: acting for sustainable development in the spirit of a solidarity-based economy. Five separate activities are proposed on the Resource-Habitat site: * Collection, sorting and storage, * Valorisation of furniture collected and creation of new furniture in carpentry, * Valorisation and textile creation, * Sale, * Maintenance and interior fittings, The Resourcerie la CLEDE works in the fields of **recovery, restoration, repair, processing and valorisation of furniture, various objects, furniture and childcare textiles**. The team raises awareness among employees, clients and donors about waste reduction issues. Since December 2007, the Association La CLEDE has been part of the **Resources Network**. As such, the activities of the CLEDE Resource Centre have been recognised as part of the chain of ‘recovery of waste by re-use, recycling or any other action aimed at obtaining, from waste, reusable materials or energy’. **Resourcerie’s activity consists of proposing a real job situation through its activities.** The Resource team organises a **framework identifying** for those who work on the site. It proposes ** local support** which supports the professional project approach and promotes access to qualification training and employment. The Resourcery is a tool that fully fits into the tasks of the association (Art. 2 of the Statutes): In a spirit of respect and human promotion the aim of the association is to meet and accompany people in difficulty, whether economic, social, physical or psychological. To combat all forms of exclusion or discrimination"._ For the works of the Resourcerie La Clède the establishment of a single agreement (not of three different conventions) formalises a technical operation already at work for some time. Versatility is activated when large or large collections need to be organised. The job logic remains predominant, but the functioning of the structure sometimes presupposes a responsiveness that is expected of employees. The activity remains focused on the four main functions: collection, valuation, sale and awareness raising. The management of the entity and the assessment of its results is now global. Association locale mettant en œuvre des actions d'insertion par l'activité économique, La Clède a développé un support d'activité correspondant au concept de Ressourcerie. Une ressourcerie met en œuvre la réduction des déchets à la source, le réemploi et le recyclage autour de trois objectifs : * Environnemental : préserver les ressources et les milieux naturels, faire évoluer les comportements vers l'éco-citoyenneté active ; * Economique : transformer les déchets en ressources ; * Social : agir pour le développement durable dans l'esprit d'une économie solidaire. Cinq activités distinctes sont proposées sur le chantier Ressourcerie-Habitat : * Collecte, tri et stockage, * Valorisation du mobilier collecté et création de mobilier neuf en menuiserie, * Valorisation et création textile, * Vente, * Entretien et aménagement intérieur, La Ressourcerie la CLEDE oeuvre dans les domaines de la **récupération, restauration, réparation, transformation et valorisation de meubles, objets divers ainsi que du mobilier et des textiles de puériculture**. L'équipe sensibilise les salariés, les clients et les donateurs aux questions liées à la réduction des déchets. L'Association La CLEDE fait partie depuis décembre 2007 du **Réseau des RESSOURCERIES**. A ce titre, les activités de la Ressourcerie de la CLEDE ont été reconnues comme faisant partie de la chaîne de « valorisation des déchets par réemploi, recyclage ou toute autre action qui vise à obtenir, à partir des déchets des matériaux réutilisables ou de l'énergie ». **L'activité de la Ressourcerie consiste à proposer une véritable mise en situation professionnelle au travers de ses activités.** L'équipe de la Ressourcerie structure un **cadre de travail repérant** pour les personnes qui travaillent dans les chantiers. Elle propose un **accompagnement de proximité** qui vient soutenir la démarche de projet professionnel et favorise l'accès à la formation qualifiante et à l'emploi. La Ressourcerie est un outil qui s'inscrit pleinement dans les missions de l'association (Art 2 des statuts) : _« Dans un esprit de respect et de promotion humaine le but de l'association est de rencontrer et d'accompagner les personnes en difficulté que ce soit économique, sociale, physique ou psychologique. De lutter contre toutes les formes d'exclusion ou de discrimination»._ Pour les chantiers de la Ressourcerie La Clède la mise en place d'une convention unique (et non de 3 conventions différentes) formalise un fonctionnement technique déjà à l'oeuvre depuis quelque temps. La polyvalence s'active lorsque des collectes importantes ou de volume conséquent doivent s'organiser. La logique de poste reste prédominante mais le fonctionnement de la structure suppose parfois une réactivité qui est attendue des salariés. L'activité reste centrée sur les 4 fonctions principales : la collecte, la valorisation, la vente et la sensibilisation. La gestion de l'entité ainsi que l'évaluation de ses résultats est désormais globale. (French)
