Das Jobfux-Projekt Karmeliter-Realschule plus Worms richtet sich an die Berufsreifeschüler der 8. und 9. Klasse. Das Umfeld der Schule umfasst Quartiere mit hohen sozialen Belastungsfaktoren. Neben hierfür typischen Problemen haben ca 75% der Schüler einen Migrationshintergrund. Mit berufsorientierenden und ausbildungsplatzsuchenden Maßnahmen wird der erfolgreiche Übergang von der Schule in den Beruf oder eine weitere schulische Qualifikation, für mindestens 80 % der Jugendlichen, angestrebt.
