Le référent unique propose un accompagnement individualisé renforcé et adapté aux difficultés de la personne dans son parcours de recherche d'emploi. Dans sa mission, il doit : \- accueillir les personnes orientées par les prescripteurs, \- évaluer la motivation, la capacité de la personne à s'engager dans ce parcours et organiser son intégration dans le PLIE, \- organiser la prestation autour d’un accompagnement individuel et de temps collectifs (thématiques spécifiques et temps de paroles), \- évaluer la progression du participant au regard du projet d’insertion et co-construit avec lui un ou des plans d’action phasés, \- mobiliser les réseaux d'acteurs, de l'insertion, de la formation et de l'emploi afin d'éviter les ruptures de parcours, \- assurer le suivi de la prestation avec les chargés de mission du PLIE, \- assurer le suivi et le maintien dans l’emploi des participants, \- réaliser la saisie des informations inhérentes au suivi des participants, la base de données PLIE, \- participer à l’animation du dispositif sur l’arrondissement, notamment participation aux commissions des référents PLIE. Il se fait force de proposition pour l'expérimentation de nouvelles modalités d'interventions pour les publics ciblés. (French)

The unique referent offers enhanced individualised support tailored to the difficulties of the person in his or her job-seeking journey. In his mission, he must: \- accommodating those guided by the prescribers, \- assess the motivation, the ability of the person to engage in this journey and organise his/her integration into the PLIE, \- organise the service around individual accompaniment and collective time (specific themes and speaking time), \- evaluate the progress of the participant with regard to the integration project and co-build with him one or more phased action plans, \- mobilise networks of actors, insertion, training and employment in order to avoid career breaks, \- monitor delivery with PLIE staff, \- monitor and maintain participants’ employment, \- capture the information inherent in the follow-up of participants, the PLIE database, \- participate in the animation of the borough scheme, including participation in the committees of PLIE referents. It is a proposal for experimenting with new methods of intervention for target audiences. (English)
