The Normandy Region, the managing authority of the European Funds 2014-2020, uses technical assistance appropriations for all the tasks involved in implementing these funds. A dedicated directorate, the Directorate for European Policies and Cooperation, has been set up, of which two departments, the European Programmes Pilotage Service and the European Fund Management Service, are entirely dedicated to the steering, implementation and monitoring of European funds. The European Programmes Piloting Service is in particular responsible for steering the ERDF-ESF/EIJ Regional Operational Programme, the Regional Rural Development Programme (ERDF) and the Regional Component of the EMFF Operational Programme. La Région Normandie, autorité de gestion des fonds européens 2014-2020, a recours aux crédits d'assistance technique pour toutes les tâches de mise en oeuvre de ces fonds.Une direction dédiée, la Direction des Politiques Européennes et de la Coopération, a été constituée, dont deux services, le service Pilotage des Programmes Européens et le service Gestion des Fonds Européens, sont entièrement consacrés au pilotage, à la mise en oeuvre et au suivi des fonds européens.Le service Pilotage des Programmes Européens est plus particulièrement chargé du pilotage du programme opérationnel régional FEDER-FSE/IEJ, du programme de développement rural régional (FEADER) et du volet régional du programme opérationnel national FEAMP.
