Le Syndicat Départemental des Énergies de la Creuse souhaite mettre en place un service de Conseil en Énergie partagé (CEP) pour les communes Creusoises._x000D_En effet, il apparait que la mise en place d'un tel service par le syndicat apporterait une réponse concrète et pertinente aux besoins importants des communes dans le domaine de la maîtrise de l'énergie qui commence par un suivi régulier et continu des consommations._x000D_Il s'agit donc, pour le SDEC, d'offrir à ses collectivités membres non couvertes par les dispositifs mis en place par le Grand Guéret et le PNR Millevaches, les compétences d'un thermicien qui assurera suivi, conseil et orientations stratégiques des consommations énergétiques de leur patrimoine._x000D_Le CEP sera intégré au servi (French)
