L'opération concerne la mise en place d'une chaufferie bois dans le cadre de la reconstruction de l'EHPAD (Établissement d'hébergement pour les personnes âgées dépendantes) public Saint-Jacques à Verdun-sur-Garonne. Le projet de reconstruction consiste à déplacer l'établissement, historiquement situé en cœur de ville, en périphérie de la commune de Verdun-sur-Garonne. L'établissement aura une surface de 6 000 m². L'établissement accueille 98 personnes âgées et la reconstruction de l'EHPAD a été pensée dans l'objectif d'utiliser les énergies renouvelable (ici bois) et d'atteindre les objectifs énergétiques fixés par la règlementation thermique de 2012 (RT 2012). La chaufferie sera équipée de 2 chaudières bois déchiqueté en cascade de 200 kW chacune. La chaudière bois assurera environ 97% de la consommation totale de chauffage (une chaudière fioul permettra d'assurer l'appoint). L'opération se déroule du 28/02/2015 au 28/02/2018. (French)
