L'action consiste à conjuguer les deux facteurs contribuant favorablement à valoriser l'employabilité des demandeurs d'emploi mobilisés : une mise au travail encadrée et adaptée ainsi qu'un accompagnement individualisé et renforcé. **_La mise au travail encadrée et adaptée_ **prend appui sur une formation initiale au poste de travail, un accompagnement à la prise de poste, une implication progressive dans le processus de réalisation de l'activité support, des évaluations des compétences professionnelles et de leurs évolutions au cours de la période contractuelle, une appréciation du comportement et du relationnel professionnel et une valorisation des aptitudes transférables. **_L'accompagnement individualisé et renforcé_** prend appui quant à lui sur la définition des attentes et besoins du demandeur d'emploi recruté, l'identification des freins à l'emploi et la recherche de solutions, la définition d'un projet professionnel, la mise en place d'actions de formation nécessaires, la mobilisation des dispositifs de recherche d'emploi, la mise en place de périodes de mise en situation en milieu professionnel (PMSMP), le soutien à candidature, la recherche d'opportunités, le développement de nouveaux partenariats entreprises (en lien avec les projets professionnels définis avec les salariés en parcours) mais aussi la mise en relation des profils des bénéficiaires avec les offres d'emploi des employeurs partenaires.
