They benefit from individual interviews, every 2 to 3 weeks for an average duration of 6 months, renewable. Counsellors take into account the maturation required for the change and the pace of each person, but they also modulate the steps according to the needs and constraints of the person. L'action consiste à accompagner vers l'emploi 100 femmes en difficultés d'insertion professionnelle sur l'année. _Moyens humains_ : 2 Conseillères en insertion professionnelle (1,72 ETP) : une sur le secteur de Beauvais/Méru et l'autre sur le secteur de la CAC/Compiègne/Noyon Une directrice pour la coordination de l’action et le suivi conventionnel et financier (0,1ETP) _Moyens matériels_ : Permanences dans les antennes du CIDFF à Beauvais (MSIH - Quartier Saint Jean), Margny les Compiègne (Espace petite enfance Familles) et Creil (Maison de la justice et du droit). Elles aident les femmes dans leurs démarches de réflexion et d’élaboration de projet professionnel réaliste, en adéquation avec leurs compétences et l’évolution du marché local de l’emploi et hors des stéréotypes des métiers sexués. L’accompagnement comprend : * Des entretiens individuels toutes les 2 à 3 semaines sur une période de 6 mois renouvelables * Des ateliers collectifs peuvent être ponctuellement proposés en fonction des besoins des participantes et de leurs projets professionnels, notamment de techniques de recherche d’emploi, simulations d'entretiens, conseils en image (l'une des 2 conseillères étant formatrice en conseils en image). * Possibilité pour les femmes d’être suivies par l’équipe pluridisciplinaire du CIDFF (juriste et écoutante psychothérapeute) _**Démarche pédagogique**_ **Suivi personnalisé, renforcé en individuel** avec une écoute globale de la personne : Les femmes sont reçues librement et régulièrement en entrées et sorties permanentes de janvier à décembre. Elles bénéficient d’entretiens individuels, toutes les 2 à 3 semaines pour une durée moyenne de 6 mois, renouvelables. Les conseillères tiennent compte de la maturation nécessaire au changement et au rythme de chaque personne mais également elles modulent les étapes en fonction des besoins et des contraintes de la personne. Chaque conseillère apporte aux participantes soutien, réflexion, conseils et informations. * elle fait un bilan de la situation de la participante * Repère avec la participante les difficultés considérées comme un frein à son insertion professionnelle * Oriente et accompagne la personne dans ses démarches d’insertion sociale et professionnelle * Utilise des méthodes et des outils adaptés à chaque situation Une convention bipartite est signée au début entre la conseillère et la participante. Lors du premier rendez-vous, la conseillère remplit une fiche d’information sur la participante. Au cours des différents rendez-vous, une fiche d’entretien individuel permet de suivre l’évolution et les démarches entreprises par la participante. **_Outils_** : Les conseillères en insertion ont suivi les formations dispensées par notre tête de Réseau, le CNIDFF sur l’accompagnement des femmes en difficultés d’insertion professionnelle (Formation PRAXIE - ADVP). Par ailleurs, chaque professionnelle du CIDFF suit les formations suivantes du CNIDFF : * sur l’accueil et l’accompagnement des femmes victimes de violences * sur l’animation des interventions collectives * sur l’accompagnement des publics issus de l’immigration * … **Outils pédagogiques :** Les conseillères emploi disposent d’outils pédagogiques spécifiques.
