Le projet concerne la rénovation énergétique par Toulouse Métropole Habitat de 56 logements sociaux locatifs situés résidence Charles de Fitte, 101 à 109 allées Charles de Fitte à Toulouse (31). La période prévisionnelle d'exécution de l'opération s’étend du 10/12/2018 au 31/05/2021. Les objectifs recherchés par l'opération de rénovation énergétique sont d'améliorer la performance énergétique des bâtiments, d'améliorer le confort thermique et le confort d'utilisation des locataires et de maîtriser les charges locatives. Le résultat escompté est le passage d’une étiquette énergétique avant travaux E : 234KW/m2 CEP à une étiquette B : 78 KW/m2 CEP après travaux. D’après l'audit énergétique fourni dans le dossier de demande d’aide, les travaux devraient engendrer un gain énergétique de près de 67 %. (French)

The objectives of the energy renovation operation are to improve the energy performance of buildings, to improve the thermal comfort and user comfort of tenants and to control rental loads. The expected result is the passage of an energy label before works E: 234KW/m² CEP to a B label: 78 KW/m² CEP after work. According to the energy audit provided in the aid application file, the work is expected to generate an energy saving of almost 67 %. (English)
