**En cohérence avec les objectifs de l’Etat et de l’Union européenne, l’opération veut contribuer à l’augmentation du nombre de créateurs d’entreprise accompagnés à Mayotte en 2016 et au développement et à la consolidation des entreprises ainsi créées.** Les créateurs peuvent être accompagnés par l’association à tous les stades de la vie de leur projet, en amont de sa concrétisation jusqu’à sa consolidation dans le souci d’en améliorer la qualité pour permettre sa pérennité. Dans le cadre de ce projet, les bénéficiaires sont des personnes exclues du marché du travail, souhaitant créer leur propre emploi. Il s’agit prioritairement de demandeurs d’emplois, de travailleurs pauvres et d’inactifs, de femmes et de jeunes notamment ceux issues des quartiers prioritaires. La création d’entreprise par les personnes qui créent leur propre emploi est une réponse à la crise contribuant à réduire de nombre de chômeurs et à éviter le coût social aux collectivités. (French)

**In line with the objectives of the State and the European Union, the operation aims to contribute to the increase in the number of entrepreneurs accompanied in Mayotte in 2016 and to the development and consolidation of the enterprises thus created.** The creators can be accompanied by the association at all stages of the life of their project, prior to its implementation until its consolidation in order to improve its quality in order to enable its sustainability. Under this project, the beneficiaries are people excluded from the labour market, wishing to create their own jobs. Priority is given to job seekers, poor and inactive workers, women and young people, especially those from priority neighbourhoods. Entrepreneurship by people who create their own jobs is a response to the crisis, helping to reduce the number of unemployed and avoid social costs for communities. (English)
