The partners wish to give a whole different dimension to the project by combining economic activity and social innovation. Given the problems of recruitment in this sector, in the territory (bakers, pastry shops, saleswomen), they decide to make these limits, assets. The recruitment of persons into integration is envisaged, placing them on certain tasks essential to production, but not requiring further specialisation. The aim is to free up time for productive workers, enabling the development of productivity and the competitiveness of the enterprise. (E.g. research and innovation for new products, development of new services for the population in rural areas by carrying bakery products to elderly or dependent people, intelligent management of unsold bakers for target groups in difficulty, etc.) Based on a national initiative, the project aims to demonstrate that a craft activity, such as bakery, can be a place conducive to solidarity and sustainable development, for example by training adults in conversion.
