It is in this context that COOP’ACTION reinforces the system of differentiated support for the creation of economic activity and employment already existing in the department of Haute Garonne on the basis of its specific nature. It is a complementary tool for project testing or self-employment creation. The activity and employment cooperative® provides added value in supporting the creation of activities and employment through the range of functions it performs for project promoters and the community. La SCOP ARL COOP'ACTION dans la droite lignée de la loi du 31 juillet 2014 relative à l'Economie Sociale et Solidaire, offre l'opportunité à des personnes privées de tester sous statut de l'entrepreneur salarié un projet d'acte économique dans le domaine d'activité du bâtiment. La structure offre un cadre sécurisé et sécurisant en vue de tester, lancer et développer le projet tout en bénéficiant d'un accompagnement dès l'entrée dans la coopérative. C'est dans ce cadre que COOP'ACTION vient en renfort du dispositif d'accompagnement différencié à la création d'activité économique et d'emploi existant déjà dans le département de la Haute Garonne de part sa spécificité. Elle est un outil complémentaire pour le test du projet ou la création d'auto emploi. La coopérative d'activité et d'emploi® apporte une valeur ajoutée dans le dispositif d'accompagnement à la création d'activités et d'emploi de par l'éventail des fonctions qu'elle remplit pour les porteurs de projets Bâtiment et pour la collectivité. Elle propose une alternative par les principes qui l'animent, par son mode d'organisation (mutualisation de moyens et de compétences) et par la réalité de ses acquis. Elle a des solutions et réponses concrètes à proposer pour l'entreprenariat.
