(French)

The aim of the 2nd Chance Regional Schools is to combat the social exclusion of young people between the ages of 18 and 25, neither graduates nor qualified, by offering them the opportunity of social and professional integration. They are fully-fledged schools with individualised and multidisciplinary care for students. The main aim is, through innovative and individualised pedagogy, to validate a project in line with the potential of the public, in relation to the realities of the labour market. At the end of the training paths, trainees can access pre-qualifying, qualifying or sustainable employment. On average, the results observed since the establishment of the Second Chance Regional Schools in 2006, show a positive exit rate of more than 60 %. (English)
