L'opération repose sur une rénovation lourde de la Résidence jeunes Aldebert Beillier à Beauvais, pour regrouper au terme des travaux un Foyer de Jeunes Travailleurs (FJT) de 101 logements, un accueil d'urgence (AU) de 20 places. Cette réhabilitation permet de répondre de façon qualitative aux problématiques d'hébergement temporaire pour accueillir les populations vulnérables. Elle permet de proposer un habitat qualitatif, confortable, vertueux sur le plan énergétique et favoriser l'accompagnement des personnes dans leur parcours résidentiel. (French)
