The aim is to welcome women’s public in great difficulty as a whole, by providing concrete support for work integration. Several axes will be explored: * The first reception of the person: physical/telephone reception, demand analysis and diagnosis in order to propose an appointment with the competent professional in-house, depending on the need expressed or reorientation to the professionals/institutions adapted * Enhanced professional support: physical reception in the context of individual interviews in order to analyse in detail the individual’s demand, to take stock of the situation of the person’s social and professional situation in order to identify specific needs (upgrade, training, positioning in an integration structure, confrontation with the realities of the labour market through immersion periods, etc.), to propose the solutions necessary to solve these problems and to put in place job-search procedures in line with the objective set (supporting the manipulation of the IT tool, creation of employment area, creation of CVs, creation of email address,...) in order to make the accompanied person more autonomous in this field, while aiming to return to sustainable employment * Legal support: a professional, a lawyer, will receive in individual interviews persons with specific legal difficulties (persons in a situation of marital breakdown, in a situation of over-indebtedness, right of foreigners, etc.) or of a social nature that hinders their professional integration. L'objectif consiste à accueillir dans la globalité le public féminin en grande difficulté, en apportant un appui concret aux démarches d'insertion professionnelle. Plusieurs axes seront ainsi explorées : * Le primo accueil de la personne : accueil physique / téléphonique, analyse de la demande et diagnostic afin de proposer un rendez-vous avec le professionnel compétent en interne, en fonction du besoin exprimé ou réorientation auprès des professionnels / institutionnels adaptés * L'accompagnement professionnel renforcé : accueil physique dans le cadre d'entretiens individuels afin d'analyser en détail la demande de la personne, de faire un état des lieux de sa situation sociale et professionnelle afin de détecter les besoins spécifiques (remise à niveau, formation, positionnement en structure d'insertion, confrontation aux réalités du marché du travail par le biais de période d'immersion, ...), de proposer les solutions nécessaires à la résolution de ces problématiques et de mettre en place les démarches de recherche d'emploi en corrélation avec l'objectif fixé (accompagnement à la manipulation de l'outil informatique, création espace emploi, création de CV, création d'adresse mail, ...) afin de rendre la personne accompagnée plus autonome sur ce champs, tout en visant le retour à l'emploi durable * L'accompagnement juridique : une professionnelle, juriste, recevra en entretiens individuels les personnes présentant des difficultés spécifiques juridiques (personnes en situation de rupture conjugale, en situation de surendettement, droit des étrangers, ...) ou d'ordre social qui font frein à leur insertion professionnelle. Ces personnes auront été orienté par le biais du primo-accueil et/ou lors de l'accompagnement professionnel renforcé (French)
