The organic gardening site makes it possible to reconcile both social and professional reintegration by proposing: \- an alternative “employment” to people away from employment as a lever in their socio-professional integration pathway \- also contribute, in close liaison with other organic producers, to promote this type of production and consumption, and thus to develop the sector with great respect for the environment. Moreover, due to the nature of the support, the site was created in order to welcome the women’s audience. _**The orientation of the people on the site**_ The persons are directed to the site by Pôle emploi, la Mission Locale, Cap emploi, the Chargé d’Insertion Sociale et Professionnelle (C.I.S.P.) after assessment of the situation and eligibility for the CDDI. _**The number of places**_ The site is agreed for 10 monthly CDDI places in permanent entrances and exits. This mode of operation (inputs and permanent outputs over the calendar year) automatically leads to a higher number of participants over the year, about 20. _**Support on site**_ The accompanying person is in contact with the professional referents. They contact him, discuss the situation and the professional project of the person. The professional referent then sends a prescription sheet with the CV and a cover letter. A job interview is scheduled. During this interview are seen the career path, the professional project, the operation and the objectives of the integration site. Following the interview, the attendant informs the professional referent whether or not the participant enters the site and programme a tripart meeting (the participant, the referent and the coordinator) if applicable. The accompanying person also meets the participants during a meeting with the whole group of employees, of an individual interview on the professional project (English)
