La SARL DAME BESSON a été créée en mars 2011 et a repris en location gérance le fonds de commerce exploité jusqu'alors par l'entreprise individuelle JOSE MARSOLLE qui existe en Guadeloupe depuis 1978. M. José MARSOLLE a racheté à sa tante Madame HENRI BESSON le procédé de fabrication d'un produit: la sauce Antillaise. C'est ainsi qu'est née la société et les produits fabriqués DAME BESSON. La sauce Créoline fut crée en 1989 et est depuis le produit phare de la marque, au fil des années la gamme de produits s'est étoffée avec la sauce des boucaniers au gingembre, la purée de piments antillais, les épices pour steak (mélange d'épices sèches), et récemment la purée de piments végétarien. La société DAME BESSON est toujours à la recherche de nouvelle saveurs et met un point d'honneur à la création de nouveautés. (French)

Creoline sauce was created in 1989 and is since the brand’s flagship product, over the years the range of products has grown with ginger sauce, Antillean chili purée, steak spices (mix of dry spices), and recently vegetarian chili purée. The company DAME BESSON is always looking for new flavors and makes a point of honor to the creation of new products. (English)
