La présente opération porte sur un ensemble de construction comprenant 80 logements répartis dans une résidence datant de 1974, avant les première règlementations thermiques (1975). Ce bâtiment a toutefois fait l'objet d'un remplacement de menuiseries en 2008. Cette résidence comprend 4 ensembles (15A-15B-15C-15D). L'opération consiste en la rénovation énergétique de ces bâtiments avec les travaux suivants : - Isolation par l'extérieur - Isolation de la toiture terrasse - Installation d'une VMC hygco B - Remplacement des chaudières individuelles Amélioration du confort de la résidence. Synthèse des objectifs visés, résultats attendus : L’objet des travaux est de ramener les logements au moins en classe énergétique D afin de les rendre moins énergivores et de diminuer les charges de chauffage et d’électricité des locataires. Les bâtiments vont donc avoir une durée de vie plus longue après les travaux avec l’embellissement des façades des menuiseries et gagnés surtout en gain énergétique et en attractivité. (French)

The operation consists of the energy renovation of these buildings with the following works: — Outdoor insulation — Insulation of terrace roof — Installation of a VMC hygco B — Replacement of individual boilers Improving the comfort of the residence. Summary of objectives, expected results: The purpose of the work is to bring the dwellings back to at least energy class D in order to make them less energy intensive and to reduce the heating and electricity loads of tenants. The buildings will therefore have a longer service life after the works with the embellishment of the facades of the carpentry and gained mainly in energy gain and attractiveness. (English)
