L'opération vise la rénovation énergétiquement performante de 115 logements sociaux locatifs quartier Lameilhé à Castres (81). Les objectifs sont les suivants : meilleur confort thermique et phonique pour les locataires, amélioration de l'aspect visuel des bâtiments. Le résultat escompté est le passage d’une étiquette D : 177 kWhep/m².an avant travaux à une étiquette B: 52kWhep/m².an après travaux sans labellisation BBC. D’après l’étude thermique fournie dans le dossier de demande d’aide, les travaux devraient donc engendrer un gain énergétique de près de 70%. (French)
