The second phase of the digital development project of the Montpellier Academy’s continuing training network, carried out by GIP Formavie, follows the implementation of a digital portal consisting of a learning platform and a collaborative space. The purpose of this operation is thus to make use of these tools by strengthening the use of multimodal training for learners, companies and design trainers. The objectives pursued in this regard are to: — To promote the digital acculturation of actors in continuing vocational training — Supporting educational developments and multimodal training engineering — Developing mobile and participatory uses in training. The actions planned through this second phase of operation fall under two headings: — First, the addition of a new service on the learning platform, integrating the dimension of positioning, the individualised management of skill gaps and the capitalisation of the learning outcomes. — On the other hand, the equipping of the trainers-designers of the academic network of continuing training and their support to enable them to take ownership of the tool and to integrate mediated sequences into their field of training. La deuxième phase du projet de développement numérique du réseau de la formation continue de l'académie de Montpellier, portée par le GIP Formavie, fait suite à la mise en oeuvre d'un portail numérique constitué d'une plate-forme apprenante et d'un espace collaboratif. La présente opération vise ainsi à valoriser ces outils en renforçant les usages de la formation multimodale des apprenants, des entreprises et des formateurs-concepteurs. Les objectifs poursuivis en ce sens sont de : - Favoriser l'acculturation digitale des acteurs de la formation professionnelle continue - Accompagner les évolutions pédagogiques et l'ingénierie de formation multimodale - Développer les usages mobiles et participatifs dans la formation. Les actions prévues à travers cette deuxième phase d'opération relèvent de deux axes : - D'une part, l'addition d'un nouveau service sur la plateforme apprenante, intégrant la dimension du positionnement, de la gestion individualisée des écarts de compétence et la capitalisation des acquis. - D'autre part, l'équipement des formateurs-concepteurs du réseau académique de la formation continue et leur accompagnement pour leur permettre de s'approprier l'outil et d'intégrer des séquences médiatisées dans leur domaine de formation.
