Strengthen the support and sustainability of new businesses. Thanks to a large network of the territory in Burgundy in the Nièvre and the Yonne (13 places of permanence) BGE can detect a large number of creation or takeover projects that will be carried out. The aim of this project is to focus on creative or developing pathways to give them complementary resources and promote their success over time. The BGE advisers assess the coherence of the projects and their promoters in order to follow them in an accompanying pathway co-financed by the ESF. The advice, expertise and support consist of guiding the project leader in the projection of the future company: market research, business plan, business strategy, choice of legal status, tax and social system, etc. Start-up and development support helps entrepreneurs to sustain their structure over the first 3 years of activity: business development, administrative organisation, dashboards, hiring and job creation, etc. It consists of individual actions and network animation (BGeClub®). Renforcer l'accompagnement et la pérennité des entreprises nouvelles. Grâce à un important maillage du territoire en Bourgogne dans la Nièvre et l'Yonne (13 lieux de permanence) BGE peut détecter un nombre important de projets de création ou reprise qui se réaliseront. L'objet de ce projet est de se concentrer sur des parcours en création ou en développement pour leur accorder des moyens complémentaires et favoriser leur réussite dans le temps. Les conseillers BGE évaluent la cohérence des projets et de leurs porteurs pour les suivre dans un parcours d'accompagnement cofinancé par le FSE. Le conseil, l'expertise et l'accompagnement consistent à guider le porteur de projet dans la projection de la future entreprise : étude de marché, plan d'affaires, stratégie commerciale, choix d'un statut juridique, d'un régime fiscal et social, etc... L'appui au démarrage et au développement aide les entrepreneurs à pérenniser leur structure sur les 3 premières années d'activité : développement commercial, organisation administrative, tableaux de bord, embauche et création d'emplois, etc... Il consiste en actions individuelles et en animation d'un réseau (BGeClub®). (French)
