This project demonstrates the willingness of Martinique’s social partners, employee unions and employers’ organisations, to re-energise social dialogue and optimise the spaces for conflict prevention and regulation in Martinique. This mission is entrusted to the tool they have dedicated to social innovation, the Martinique Aract. 2015 and 2016 are pivotal years in structuring the territory into tools and methods to prevent and regulate social conflicts and improve the quality of working life in companies. Thus, the action “Optimising relations and social dialogue in companies & the territory” is as follows: * Contribution to the renewal and upgrading of the pool of social mediators, and analysis of the process of constructing the shared reference framework of the parity pair; * Support for employees‘trade union organisations in the training of employees’ advisers; * Reflection and capitalisation on the activity of the body of counsellors of workers; * Improvement of social relations between the company’s actors, optimisation of the functioning of social spaces and practice of collective bargaining; * Support for the establishment of a constructive social dialogue in the hotel industry; * Analysis of the practice of collective bargaining and social dialogue in Martinique based on the analysis of the agreements signed in Martinique, with a zoom on professional equality; * Knowledge shared between the social partners of the practice of constructive collective bargaining, the mutual consideration of economic and social issues. Ce projet témoigne de la volonté des partenaires sociaux de Martinique, syndicats de salariés et organisations patronales, de re-dynamiser le dialogue social et d’optimiser les espaces de prévention et de régulation des conflits en Martinique. Cette mission est confiée à l’outil qu’ils ont dédié à l’innovation sociale, l’Aract Martinique. 2015 et 2016 sont des années charnières dans la structuration du territoire en outils et méthodes de prévention et de régulation des conflits sociaux et d’amélioration de la qualité de vie au travail dans les entreprises. Aussi, l'action "Optimiser les relations et le dialogue social dans les entreprises & le territoire" se décline comme suit : * Contribution au renouvellement et à la montée en compétences du pool de médiateurs sociaux, et analyse du processus de construction du cadre de référence partagé du binôme paritaire ; * Accompagnement des organisations syndicales de salariés dans la formation des conseillers du salarié ; * Réflexion et capitalisation sur l’activité du corps des conseillers des prud’hommes ; * Amélioration des relations sociales entre les acteurs de l’entreprise, optimisation du fonctionnement des espaces sociaux et pratique de la négociation collective ; * Appui à l’instauration d’un dialogue social constructif dans l’hôtellerie ; * Analyse de la pratique de la négociation collective et du dialogue social en Martinique à partir de l’analyse des accords signés en Martinique, avec un zoom sur l’égalité professionnelle ; * Connaissances partagée entre les partenaires sociaux de la pratique de la négociation collective constructive, de la prise en compte mutuelle des enjeux économiques et sociaux.
