This phase allows the project promoter to appropriate all the stages of creation, to demystify technical subjects (business plan balance sheet, etc.) thus ensuring sustainability of the project. \- Post-creation support with or without accommodation, allows the new business manager to arm himself to drive his company in a sustainable way, realise his first CA euros, structure his capital and as far as possible hire his first employees. One of the separate actions of GUYANE PIONNIERES aims to enable young people to regain confidence in order to dare to engage in a socio-professional integration process (the subject of this grant). To this end, GUYANE PIONNIERES aims to meet the following objectives by means of training: * opening up professional opportunities for women, * enabling women to participate in a dynamic that promotes the development of their autonomy, skills and know-being; * identify and remove the main obstacles and peripheral problems (health, mobility, etc.) that hinder or compromise the socio-professional integration of women. To this end, an initial interview with the candidate will allow a complete assessment (level of training, professional experience, interests, income, access to care...) to initiate an individualised accompaniment pathway. L'objet de l'opération est : \- Accueil des porteuses de projets pour traiter leur demande d’accompagnement à la création d’entreprise en termes de potentiel de développement économique et d’emplois durables. \- Proposer aux futures créatrices un accompagnement comportant des entretiens avec des consultants et des experts. Il tient compte des forces et des faiblesses de chaque créatrice, tout en s’assurant que toutes les composantes du projet ont bien été prises en compte. Cette phase permet à la porteuse de projet de s’approprier toutes les étapes de la création, de démystifier les sujets techniques (business plan bilan etc.)assurant ainsi une pérennité au projet. \- L’accompagnement post-création avec ou sans hébergement, permet à la nouvelle chef d’entreprise de s’armer pour conduire sa société de façon pérenne, réaliser ses premiers euros de CA, structurer son capital et dans la mesure du possible embaucher ses premiers salariés. Une des actions distinctes de GUYANE PIONNIERES a pour finalité de permettre aux jeunes de reprendre confiance pour oser s’engager dans un processus d’insertion socio-professionnelle (objet de la présente de subvention). Pour ce faire, GUYANE PIONNIERES a pour vocation de répondre par la formation aux objectifs suivants : * ouvrir des perspectives professionnelles pour les femmes, * permettre aux femmes de s’inscrire dans une dynamique favorisant le développement de leur autonomie, leurs compétences, leur savoir-être ; * identifier et lever les principaux obstacles et problèmes périphériques (santé, mobilité…) qui freinent ou compromettent l’insertion socio-professionnelle des femmes. A cet effet, un premier entretien avec la candidate permettra d'établir un bilan complet (niveau de formation, expérience professionnelle, centres d'intérêt, revenus, accès aux soins...) pour initier un parcours d'accompagnement individualisé. Les services apportés peuvent aller d'une simple information à l'élaboration d'un projet professionnel. (French)
