Le support le jardin du coeur (3 hectares de maraîchage) est **à vocation professionnalisant, il produit des légumes biologiques.** La production se situe autour des 35 tonnes, mais cette année 2015 a été marquée par une succession de vols organisés, planifiés avec une perte estimée à 5 tonnes.Cela nous a beaucoup pénalisé. Qu'y fait-on ? Ce sont donc des mises en situation de travail, **coordonnées** par un encadrant technique, sur le support et par extension la production. **Quant au CIP il accompagne les projets socio professionnel des participants PLIE**. L'encadrant technique, **Régis Bichon** transmet un savoir dit "technique" sur un mode plutôt empirique, avec des phases pédagogiques préceptuelles, sur le "terrain"sans théorisation. **Il organise des séquences de travail, avec la volonté d'une montée en compétence, d'une évolution des savoirs. Des sessions de tâches simples se succèdent pour aller vers une complexification.
