The intervention will be based on three main components: individual accompaniment, establishment of professional mobilisation workshops and formation of speaking groups. It will start with a **public mobilisation phase** which will involve: * Identifying the target audience by relying in part on the public registered for the last two years in the CAI actions on the South (Saint-Pierre, Le Tampon, Saint-Louis essentially) * Contact with local associations When the public has been targeted, collective information meetings will be organised allowing people to confirm their registration for the action. _**1/Individual accompaniment (with a duration of 11 months for 40 mothers)**_* **_objectives_** * Accompany people to identify and express their main concerns (especially with regard to parenthood) * Inform and guide people in their approach * Connect people with competent/adapted persons. We find that people find themselves in very heterogeneous situations, the native languages are different and not all people can express themselves in French. On the other hand, in lack of confidence and confidence, some people are not always able to express themselves in public. It therefore seems important to be able to individualise part of the framework. It is also a means of maintaining the mobilisation of people in connection with the action. The accompaniment follows the following process: * Prior interviews to learn more about the situation of the person and his/her family. Two or three interviews are sometimes needed to properly identify the situation. It is also a question of identifying the family environment and the actors already involved in accompanying the family in order to meet them in parallel * Reminder of the rules of support to the person * Identification of the main problems faced by the person, in particular in relation to the upbringing of his children * Identification with the person of the steps to be taken. Efforts will be made to develop conditions conducive to self-reliance of individuals. Occasionally, if we deem it useful for the future, we will be able to accompany the person physically for certain steps * One-off support in particular situations * Specific support on the professional project (linked to the parallel development of socio-professional integration modules) * Point with the person on advanced * Auto — assessment of the impact of the steps carried out The AREP mission manager ** will rely on a shared follow-up booklet** with the accompanying person which allows to capitalise on the progress of the accompaniment by including for each meeting: the purpose of the interview, the capitalisation of the steps or actions taken since last appointment, the questions that arise, the possible path(s), the steps to be taken and in what timetable. These elements will be reflected more broadly in the support plan discussed and formalised with the family at the beginning. We are in a process of empowering people. The support therefore consists of helping to do, but not “do it in place of”... Thus, stakeholders must be able to identify the brakes/contraints that limit the steps to be taken and help the person to become aware of them and to work to reduce them. _**2/Professional Mobilisation Workshops**_ As part of this action we propose the establishment of **collective support sequences of 50 hours/person for 28 mothers in total. These sequences will take place in the AREP centres located on the territory (AREP Pierre Poivre, AREP TAMPON, AREP St Louis) and will include educational trips.** **We will encourage participants to follow in parallel immersion courses in companies related to the draft of their socio-professional project. These courses will last for a maximum of 1 to 2 weeks.** The objectives of these modules are broadly related to the individual support measures mentioned above, namely: * identify and help the “primo-arriving” woman to find solutions to remove barriers to their employability, including barriers to occupational mobility * encourage the person and help them to build a pathway for social and professional integration * facilitate access to vocational training * implement a comprehensive approach (taking in parallel with the individual support measures and the speaking groups mentioned elsewhere) It will be for each person to: **During the action:** * Reactivate your motivation for social inclusion if necessary by personalised support * Accept to be accomodated (English)
