La plate-forme HERMES a été créée en 2006 dans le but de valoriser les compétences de recherche de l'Institut d’Électronique et des Systèmes en matière de technologies dédiées aux hyperfréquences. Cette plate-forme a pour vocation première le transfert de technologie auprès des entreprises et plus particulièrement des PME. Les prestations proposées s'étendent alors du stade de la conception de systèmes jusqu’à la modélisation et la caractérisation d'antennes ou de systèmes radars utilisant ces fréquences. La plate-forme HERMES souhaite aujourd’hui étendre le champ de son expertise à des fréquences plus larges, permettant la conception et le développement de « capteurs intelligents ». Elle souhaite ainsi répondre à une demande croissante des entreprises régionales, travaillant sur le marché des puces à hyperfréquences (puces RFID). (French)
