La Région Grand Est, en sa qualité de cheffe de file de la formation professionnelle des demandeurs d'emploi, élabore et finance un programme annuel régional de formations collectives (PRF). Ce programme destiné aux publics les plus éloignés de l'emploi, propose 12 formations constitutives d'un parcours de formation et dont l'objectif final est l'obtention d'une qualification totale ou partielle et permettant un accès rapide à l'emploi. Avec cette programmation qui s'ajoute aux formations du PRF 2018 reconduites en 2019, la Région Grand Est s'associe à la démarche de l'ETAT et constitue ainsi la première étape de l'effort supplémentaire de programmation qui sera mis en oeuvre au titre du PACTE 2019-2022 (Pacte régional d'investissement dans les compétences). With this programming, which is in addition to the PRF 2018 trainings renewed in 2019, the Greater East Region joins the ETAT approach and thus constitutes the first step in the additional programming effort to be implemented under the PACTE 2019-2022 (Regional Skills Investment Pact).
