    Le projet de passerelle s'inscrit dans les objectifs de développement durables portés par la ZAC du quartier durable de la Plaine de l'Ourcq - Noisy-le-Sec. Outre le désenclavement des quartiers existants et l'offre d'un accès au canal pour les Noiséens, il participe au maillage public du quartier dans le prolongement d'une nouvelle rue qui prend naissance au sud du périmètre du projet. Cette voie nouvelle distribuera une école rénovée par la Ville et une future station du bus en site propre Tzen 3 (maitrise d'ouvrage du département de la Seine Saint Denis). (French)
