Led by the association FACE YVELINES, the project “Cluster for Employment” proposes a local support for the employment of the people who are the most remote by involving the world of business and support. This project will be carried out in close partnership with local employment and integration actors and businesses, both the affiliated companies of FACE Yvelines and the other networks of companies in the territory. The aim will be to offer dynamic support based on the combination of collective sessions and individualised follow-ups. As part of the collective sessions, different modules will be proposed: better knowledge of the business world, simulations of interviews, job search on social networks, etc. Finally, individualised follow-ups will allow beneficiaries to make company visits, meet business leaders, be sponsored by an employee, all in order to allow participants to have a very pragmatic view of a job or a function. Porté par l'association FACE YVELINES, le projet « Cluster pour l'Emploi » propose un dispositif local d'accompagnement vers l'emploi des personnes qui en sont le plus éloignées en associant le monde de l'entreprise à l'accompagnement. En effet, ce projet sera mené en étroit partenariat avec les acteurs locaux de l'emploi et de l'insertion et les entreprises, tant les entreprises adhérentes de FACE Yvelines que les autres réseaux d'entreprises du territoire. Il s'agira de proposer un accompagnement dynamique en s'appuyant sur la combinaison de sessions collectives et de suivis individualisés. Dans le cadre des sessions collectives, différents modules seront proposés : meilleure connaissance du monde de l'entreprise, simulations d'entretiens, recherche d'emploi sur les réseaux sociaux etc. Enfin, des suivis individualisés permettront aux bénéficiaires d'effectuer des visites d'entreprises, de rencontrer des chefs d'entreprise, d'être parrainé par un salarié, tout cela dans le but de permettre aux participants d'avoir une vision très pragmatique d'un métier ou d'une fonction.
