    - Ce projet vise à soutenir la motivation scolaire de 60 élèves de seconde professionnelle scolarisés au Lycée Théodore Monod d'Antony. Ces lycéens sont inscrits en 2nde bac pro Accueil et en 2nde bac pro Commerce. Le projet permettra à ces jeunes de bénéficier d'un accompagnement de qualité dans la préparation, le déroulement et l'exploitation de leurs périodes de formation en milieu professionnel (PFMP). Tous les élèves participeront notamment à un premier stage en entreprise de deux semaines en Espagne en début d'année scolaire. Cette PFMP d'intégration permettra une cohésion des « groupes classe » autour de ce projet de mobilité et inscrira, dès le début de sa formation, le jeune dans un projet professionnel et dans un cursus à dimension européenne. Ce projet donnera confiance aux élèves et les valorisera, ceci afin d'éviter le décrochage scolaire et de favoriser leur poursuite d'études et leur future insertion professionnelle. (French)

The project will allow these young people to benefit from quality support in the preparation, conduct and exploitation of their periods of vocational training (PFMP). In particular, all students will take part in a first two-week internship in Spain at the beginning of the school year. This integration PFMP will allow the “class groups” to be cohesive around this mobility project and will, from the beginning of his training, put the young person in a professional project and in a course with a European dimension. This project will give students confidence and value them, in order to avoid dropping out of school and to encourage them to pursue their studies and their future professional integration. (English)
