__**1) REPERER**__ Sous l'impulsion d'Opcalia, il s'agit d'engager collectivement la **construction d'un référentiel d'intégration des jeunes en entreprise** permettant d'identifier l'ensemble des étapes clés. Ce projet s'inscrit dans une perspective de labellisation **par un organisme certificateur.** **Ce label est destiné à être utilisé auprès des entreprises adhérentes d'OPCALIA et auprès des entreprises non adhérentes selon des modalités à définir, sur l'ensemble du territoire national et répondra à la problématique « intégrer durablement et fidéliser les jeunes en entreprise ».** Pour cela, Opcalia réunit dans cette première phase un panel d'acteurs composé de : \- **15 _entreprises_** et leurs collaborateurs, ayant développé des pratiques exemplaires ou bien confrontés à la question de l'intégration de jeunes : * 10 d'entre elles (groupe 1) participent à la co-construction de l'outil méthodologique générique sur le processus d'intégration ; * les cinq autres (groupe 2) expérimentent et valident l'outil méthodologique avant sa diffusion généralisée. **\- Les intermédiaires de l'emploi (Pôle Emploi, ML, PLIE, FACE, Ecole de la Seconde Chance, (French)
