It therefore has the ambition to overcome these difficulties by setting up a language training course adapted to the diversity of situations. The aim is to strive for autonomy and thus towards the use of social and cultural spaces as they exist in the city. Sociolinguistic training is part of the action plan to support parenting. It is a specific action in support of the integration process that falls within the scope of social promotion and citizenship. It must promote the involvement of participants in their environment as residents, citizens, etc. In order to do so, the city proposes to set up socio-linguistic training for adults who wish to acquire or improve themselves in French (oral or written). This 200-hour sociolinguistic training is provided over 8 or 16 hours of weekly courses. Each group is composed of ten trainees and is of heterogeneous levels which allows an interesting group dynamic. La ville constate que de nombreuses personnes, du fait de la barrière de la langue rencontrent des difficultés à se repérer et s'intégrer dans leur environnement quotidien. Elle a donc l'ambition de dépasser ces difficultés en mettant en place un parcours de formation linguistique adaptés à la diversité des situations. L'objectif est de tendre vers l'autonomie et donc vers l'utilisation des espaces sociaux et culturels tels qu'ils existent dans la ville. La formation sociolinguistique s'inscrit dans le plan d'actions de soutien à la parentalité. C'est une action spécifique de soutien au processus d'intégration qui se situe dans le champ de la promotion sociale et de la citoyenneté. Elle doit favoriser l'implication des participant(e)s dans leur environnement en tant qu'habitant(e)s, citoyens, etc. Pour se faire, la ville propose de mettre en place une formation sociolinguistique en direction d'adultes qui souhaitent acquérir ou se perfectionner en langue française (orale ou écrite). Cette formation sociolinguistique de 200 heures est dispensée sur 8 ou 16 heures de cours hebdomadaire. Chaque groupe est composé de dix stagiaires et est de niveaux hétérogènes ce qui permet une dynamique de groupe intéressante. Différents thèmes sont abordés avec des supports adaptés et authentiques : valeurs de l'institution publique, la citoyenneté, la démocratie, savoir remplir un document lié à la vie quotidienne, comprendre et suivre la scolarité de son enfant, etc. (French)
