This project proposes the deployment in the Académie de Créteil of its national programme entitled Democampus to support the construction of the personal path of school students enrolled in REP/REP+ and to develop their aspirations. Ce projet propose le déploiement dans l'Académie de Créteil, de son programme national intitulé Democampus visant à soutenir la construction du parcours personnel des collégiens scolarisés en REP / REP+ et à développer leurs aspirations. Le programme intègre des actions de mentoring (accompagnement individuel), de travail avec les familles, de développement de temps de découverte du champ professionnel, d’établissements d’enseignement supérieur, de modalités d'engagement citoyen. Il vise à soutenir leur réussite éducative et à contribuer à leur parcours d'avenir à travers deux actions complémentaires : un accompagnement individuel à domicile, 2h par semaine, par un intervenant étudiant et des ateliers d'accompagnement semi-collectifs en collège visant à soutenir la connaissance de soi et le développement d'aspirations pour leur avenir (en termes de poursuite d'études, de projection dans le monde professionnel, d'engagement). Il s'inscrit dans le cadre du parcours Avenir visant à permettre "à chaque élève de construire progressivement son orientation et de découvrir le monde économique et professionnel" ainsi que dans le parcours Citoyen de l’élève qui "vise à la construction, par l'élève, d'un jugement moral et civique, à l'acquisition d'un esprit critique et d'une culture de l'engagement".
