L'objectif principal du projet est de déceler et favoriser l'initiative créatrice d'emplois par la création et la reprise d'entreprise, via un accompagnement technique et l'octroi de prêts d'honneur sans intérêt ni garantie afin de diminuer le nombre de création d'entreprises non accompagnées et d'améliorer le taux de pérennité. Le projet cible un public demandeur d'emploi sur un territoire très marqué par un taux de chômage élevé. L'opération permet ainsi de faire émerger et de mettre en lumière des produits et des services innovants "made in" Ile de France. (French)
