In terms of trade, the ITI RPF’s intervention territory hosts 48 Trade Points, making local trade the first sector of activity in number of establishments and jobs. The trade sector is undergoing significant changes with the development of large shopping centres that impact the activity of local businesses. Moreover, the dynamics of business creation, which have remained high in recent years, tend to diminish with a decrease in the creation/disappearance ration, which for the time being translates into a readjustment of supply to the detriment of over-numbered commercial activities. In this context, the agglomeration community wishes to improve commercial activity by intervening on the alignment between business creation projects and the balance of the commercial supply sought in the neighbourhoods. The aim of this action is therefore to preserve and improve local trade by improving the quality of shops. The operation entitled “Strengthening the arrangements for accompanying and developing businesses in the political districts of the city of Roissy Pays de France” aims to create a genuine support centre for the creation, establishment and development of a high-quality local trade in the neighbourhoods of the city’s policy. En matière de commerce, le territoire d'intervention de l'ITI RPF accueille 48 pôles commerciaux, ce qui fait du commerce de proximité le premier secteur d'activités en nombre d'établissements et d'emplois. Le secteur du commerce connait d'importantes mutations avec le développement de grands centres commerciaux qui impactent l'activité des commerces de proximité. Par ailleurs, la dynamique de création de commerces qui est restée élevée ces dernières années tend à s'atténuer avec une diminution du ration création/disparition qui pour l'instant se traduit par un réajustement de l'offre au détriment des activités commerciales en surnombre. dans ce contexte, la communauté d'agglomération souhaite améliorer l'activité commerciale en intervenant sur la mise en adéquation entre les projets de création de commerces et l'équilibre de l'offre commerciale recherchée dans les quartiers. Cette action vise donc à préserver et à améliorer le commerce local en renforçant la qualité des commerces. L’opération intitulée "Renforcer le dispositif d'accompagnement et de développement des commerces dans les quartiers politique de la ville de Roissy Pays de France" vise a créer un véritable pôle d’appui à la création, à l’implantation et au développement d’un commerce de proximité de qualité dans les quartiers relavant de la politique de la ville.
