    La méthodologie proposée par l'AFEC pour la prestation « Accompagnement renforcé des participants PLIE » suivra les grands axes suivants : \- Une pédagogie active où le participant est amené à être acteur, où le « faire faire » sera privilégié au « faire à la place de » afin de construire de nouveaux repères quant à son environnement et à ses capacités. \- Un accompagnement individualisé, adapté aux besoins et spécificités de chaque participant. \- Un suivi mensuel au minimum assuré par un " _Référent de parcours PLIE_ ", personne identique du premier au dernier jour du suivi. \- Une mise en relation permanente avec le réseau d'entreprises AFEC et les différents organismes nécessaires à l'avancée du parcours d'insertion \- La mise à disposition d'un centre ressources et de documentation en libre accès avec aide personnalisée du Référent \- Une numérisation et un archivage électronique des pièces administratives nécessaires à la justification des différentes étapes du parcours. \- La participation en fonction des besoins et de la demande des participants à des ateliers thématiques (CV, simulation d'entretien, etc.) en petits groupes (4 à 5 personnes). _Les points clefs de l'accompagnement :_ Un poste de référent unique à temps plein, Un accompagnement de proximité au sein des locaux de l'AFEC La prise en compte globale de la personne et l'individualisation de l'accompagnement La coordination, la mise en cohérence avec les autres organismes intervenant dans l'accompagnement des bénéficiaires La mise en oeuvre d'un parcours d'insertion par la formalisation et la traçabilité des étapes de parcours.
